After my initial contact with Lynn, she went to
work right away. I was on a rather tight time
frame for the house hunting in Tucson and the
final move from Texas. Lynn acted with a sense
of urgency, communicating with me by phone and
e-mail, to determine my needs and prepare a tour
list of homes for the house-hunting trip.
Lynn
and her assistant, Kristin, were friendly, professional
and knowledgeable. They were able to set me up
on a personalized real estate portal; whereby,
parameters could be entered for a home search,
and I could view homes online, in order to give
Lynn and Kristin ongoing feed back. This process
was quite helpful, because it allowed me to become
familiar with the Tucson market quickly, and to
make adjustments to our search criteria. At the
same time, Lynn started to preview homes…..which
served to give me more information and insight.
By
the time my children and I arrived in Tucson to
view homes in person, Lynn had developed a list
of the best homes, in a cross-section of locations,
for us to visit. She had gathered all pertinent
information to those homes, from a variety of
sources, and made it easy to compare. Lynn was
not just interested in making a sale as a real
estate agent, but was genuinely interested in
finding a home that would fit our needs, and also
one that was a good value for the money. In fact,
I soon found out that I needed to act quickly
on Lynn's guidance……..several fantastic
homes were snatched up early in the process, obviously
for the fact that they represented good value
and were in very desirable areas.
The
resources that Lynn uses for home inspections
are excellent. She is well respected in her field
and that is apparent, by how efficiently she gets
things done. Lynn was at all times professional
and at times tenacious in order to meet a time
frame. Lynn is experienced and knows how to get
things done.
Lynn
would always ask what she could do to help me,
knowing that I needed to travel back to Texas
to supervise movers and wrap up loose ends. She
contacted and met the locksmith at my new home,
after closing, so that I would have peace of mind
that the home was secure until my arrival back
to Tucson. Her personal touch to helping her client
is a quality that makes Lynn outstanding.
Lynn
has been a wealth of knowledge about the Tucson
area, being a native of Tucson herself. She has
provided insight and information, which has been
helpful to us, as we settle in. Lynn was a joy
to work with.
